“Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. Let your good spirit lead me on a level path.”

Psalms 143:10

But I still believe in Him

We may have doubts about many things but doubting our faith a mistake. Others may encourage us to lose patience, to question the path we are on or even to ask ourselves: "Why do you believe in God?" The truth is that if we are not firm in our Christian foundations or we are not leading a life that is close to the Lord, our faith may be affected. Not only because others question it, but because we ourselves will not have the foundations we need in order to confront these misconceptions.

When we are at peace with our actions and our encounters with the Lord our lives will be fuller. Having time to meditate and have deep conversation with our Heavenly Father will provide the temperance needed in order to move forward and make better decisions. On the other hand, when someone with bad intentions wants to move us away from Our Father we must remain calm and instead ask them why our brethren is trying to do that. Have they been hurt or lost their faith for any special reason? When we find out the answer our job will be to help that person rediscover Our God's love, and try to get them ready to heal and regain their faith.
