What are the factors that often make the answers not come when we need them? As always, we will find the solution in our hearts.

You don't pray enough

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.” Jeremiah 17:7-8

Many times we underestimate the power of prayer and, as a consequence, we move further and further away from this practice without realizing its importance. It is then that we must remember not only his immense healing power but the fact that it is about our unique connection to God, through which He speaks directly to our hearts.

You are not patient enough

May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed. Psalm 20:4

Impatience often wins us ground and in this way, the favorable conditions are created so that negative feelings such as doubt or fear throw away all the work we have done. Let us remember then that God's answers always come and that He never abandons us, and with that in mind, we can become more patient.

You don't trust the Lord

“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.” Numbers 6:24-26

This aspect is often a product of the impatience we were talking about, which is also closely linked to self-confidence. It is important to remember that trusting Christ means recognizing Him as our Shepherd and following His will.

You don't put into practice what you learn

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11

Understanding the teachings that God bequeathed to us is a very important part of our task as His children, but we must also remember that this task is not complete if we do not put into practice what we learned, and the way to do it correctly is to set the example so that That reaches more people and is useful to those who need it.

Can't find your way

And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19

This aspect is very similar to moving away from the path that God proposes for us, moving away from the plans that He has for us. We must then remember how many times we have described God as our beacon in the storm or our North. When you can't find your way, you only have to look in your heart to follow God.
