Traveling the paths of discovery and universal healing. Find in the following verses the inspiration you need to move forward.

"How much better to get wisdom than gold, to get insight rather than silver." Proverbs 16:16

In this wonderful and unequal world in which we live, it is evident that injustice is a major cause for concern. One of the clearest manifestations of this inequality lies in those individuals who do not understand the meaning of having enough.

The media constantly promotes the erroneous idea that accumulating more material and superfluous things brings us closer to happiness. This notion that we always lack something to be happy generates feelings of frustration, anxiety and anguish in our hearts.

It is essential that we avoid falling into these traps, and to achieve this, there is nothing more beautiful than understanding that our true wealth lies in being children of God and walking with Him in search of salvation.

"So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:18

There is nothing wrong with acquiring material goods to some extent, as most people like to have some possessions. However, the real problems arise when we become obsessed with the excessive accumulation of unnecessary things and cannot find inner peace.

When material possessions take over our lives, we lose sight of what is essential and generate harmful feelings such as frustration, resentment and selfishness. These detrimental behaviors alter our social relationships and, above all, our relationship with God.

We run the risk of believing that the acquisition of material goods is our top priority, which leads us to spend the rest of our days concerned only with caring for and multiplying those goods. Many fall into the trap of trusting in money instead of trusting in God.

"When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone." James 1:13

It is important to understand that the problem is not money itself, but the excessive love of money. Those things are temporary, so they can be discarded. There will always be something that will occupy our mind and steal our peace of mind, something that will present itself as "important" in our life and will not go away, we give peace until we get it.

How many times have we chased after something that, once we find it, leaves us feeling useless and unfulfilled? It is necessary to accept a wise worldview, based on the word of the Lord. We must not allow ourselves to be carried away by fads or fashions. Let us look to the eternal and the present.

Let us seek the grace of Christ with humility and repentance. He is there waiting for us. God values what is in our heart, because that is where he lives. His holy word teaches us many times that everything in this world is enough for everyone, and that it is better and more healing to give and give without selfishness than to save and save.

"Then he said to them, “Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions." Luke 12:15

Let us take time to think about all the blessings the Almighty has showered upon us. Let us think how much we are changed when we choose to walk with Christ in the ways of the Father. This is where our true wealth lies, residing in our souls and illuminating our lives and the lives of others.

Let us maintain and sustain our desire to help those who need it most. When we share the gifts we have received with our brothers and sisters who are broken, we honor our Heavenly Father and see the fulfillment of the goals He has set for us. Let us be holy instruments who respond to Heavenly Father's call.
