Training Our Attitude for Healing

We can set up a daily routine to achieve this necessary state of balance. Learn how to take the initiative and feel relief in your heart by reading the following article.

“Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord. On the contrary: “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.” Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” Romans 12:17-21

While it is true that the power of attraction of our being is unique, what you may not know is that the ability of our energies to help us overcome is key to achieving a life full of positivity.

It is precisely at this moment where you can do it and begin to feel the energies of the Holy Spirit flowing through your inner being.

"No one should seek their own good, but the good of others." 1 Corinthians 10:24

The Bible, with its thousands of years of history and hundreds of editions in different languages, is the origin of our relationship with God.

If you have never gone to Him in this way before, then it is time to start reading the biblical passages and interpreting their messages. In this way, you will be able to know yourself in a different way and hear what God has to say to you.

Don't ignore all the messages, signs and people that appear in your life. Surely they are sent special ones so you can learn from their teachings and the deep love and Glory that the Heavenly Father has for each one of his sons and daughters in this path of Faith.

"Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble. Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing. For, “Whoever would love life and see good days must keep their tongue from evil and their lips from deceitful speech. They must turn from evil and do good; they must seek peace and pursue it." 1 Peter 3:8-11

In addition to reading the Bible, it is important to pray every day. Our Lord desires to converse with each of us and prayer is where we can interact with Him. However, it is important to remember that prayer is a dialogue, not a monologue.

We must be willing to actively listen to Jesus in the silence of our thoughts, so that the Holy Spirit will manifest Himself, bless us with His grace and bring peace to our hearts.

"My son, if you accept my words and store up my commands within you, turning your ear to wisdom and applying your heart to understanding— indeed, if you call out for insight and cry aloud for understanding, and if you look for it as for silver and search for it as for hidden treasure, then you will understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God." Proverbs 2:1-5

In life, there will always be situations in which we are not happy or that we simply did not expect. It is precisely in those moments that God makes himself present.

It may be through a bad experience, but it may also be through a person who helps us to overcome it or the opportunity to get closer to our friends or family.

All of this is planned by God, who wants these things to happen so that we can attract this reality into our lives, accompanied by faith.
