A Special Gift for You

The value of every woman around you has a unique characteristic. Learn in the following article how to find out which one is...

If we think back on today's commemoration and of where the celebration was established by a very tragic historical incident, we will mostly see references and notes about the demands that women around the world are still fighting for. Voicing and remembering all those rights earned (and those that still have to be granted). Therefore, we are seeking to unify a plea for respecting life and the struggle for equality and it is also when we must remember God for the love He gave us and our condition of equality at the moment of our creation.

Assigning a new meaning to the value that we have as women in the eyes of God, in His love and conception at the moment of our creation in His image and likeness. as with man, He did not distinguish then and does distinguish today. "So God created humankind in his image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. God blessed them, and God said to them, 'Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it; and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the air and over every living thing that moves upon the earth.' ” Genesis 1:27-28

This is where we understand the role of mothers, daughters, sisters, and wives, as it transcends individual interests, to give all the love and affection needed for those around them. It is the same as our Savior did on the Cross, with a superior mission. There are no specific roles, the lessons in the Bible show us the courage in many instances where women were the focus and that were exemplary such as Mary.

We must celebrate that our Lord defines each woman by giving them an enormous value, a unique heart that always has the right words. "Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility regard others as better than yourselves. 4 Let each of you look not to your own interests, but to the interests of others." Phillippians 2:3-4

No matter where we live, or where we come from, as women we must reconcile and conform to our spiritual unity and love that emanates from the heart of our Savior.

Differences will always divide the waters and form walls, but we must truly understand that the struggle must focus on our search for truth, on the realization of a life full of Faith and light that brightens our path along with that of our Heavenly Father. "There is no longer Jew or Greek, there is no longer slave or free, there is no longer male and female; for all of you are one in Christ Jesus." Galatians 3:28

God is the protector and guide in our lives. Prayer is a tool for communicating with the Lord.

Having love and dedication towards our neighbors as our banner is how we will enjoy a true and a worthy celebration of this day that will make us feel unique.

"What then are we to say about these things? If God is for us, who is against us? He who did not withhold his own Son, but gave him up for all of us, will he not with him also give us everything else?" Romans 8:31-32
