The Strength of Our Hearts

Discovering the Inner Peace of your heart with the Word of the Lord. Discover in the following article the light you need to heal.

"Because I was confident of this, I wanted to visit you first so that you might benefit twice. I wanted to visit you on my way to Macedonia and to come back to you from Macedonia, and then to have you send me on my way to Judea. Was I fickle when I intended to do this? Or do I make my plans in a worldly manner so that in the same breath I say both ‘Yes, yes’ and ‘No, no’?" 2 Corinthians 1:15-17

Persevere in your plans with faith and hope, knowing they will be beneficial for you. If you maintain an open and stable mind, the wonders God has for you will manifest. You must be willing to experience joy and love to build your paradise with Jesus right now. Planning your life and future is important, but without dedication, you will not achieve your goals.

The Lord will always be by your side, guiding you. Do not stray from the path; life is full of your gifts, and you must move towards them. Keep a firm and consistent path on your journey of enlightenment, and the attraction of positive energy will protect you from many worries.

"For I know that through your prayers and God’s provision of the Spirit of Jesus Christ what has happened to me will turn out for my deliverance." Philippians 1:19

Walking in the ways of the Lord is certainly not easy. How can we live a life based on our faith, a strong faith that we cling to every day? Is it possible to take all the teachings that God, our Lord, left us with His word and apply them to the situations we face daily in a life affected by technological progress and the continuous decay of morals and values?

Remember that with God's hand, everything happens at a determined time, although this time often does not coincide with ours. But why? What does Jesus want to teach us about this? One of the most important lessons that God's Word teaches us is that He has a purpose for our lives, a purpose to which He has called us. From this arises a second lesson, and an important one that we often overlook: how to achieve this project.

"Now listen, you who say, ‘Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money.’ Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. Instead, you ought to say, ‘If it is the Lord’s will, we will live and do this or that.’" James 4:13-15

The Lord calls us to change, to grow in character and spirit, which is difficult and cannot happen overnight. Therefore, the second lesson He teaches us is to achieve this change gradually, step by step. God knows that it is not a matter of quantity, but of quality, and that a step taken with tranquility and wisdom will be better than two taken quickly.

This will not be an easy path, because all growth involves change, and all change generates fear and insecurity. However, each day we have a new opportunity to continue improving this quality.

"Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed—not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence—continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose." Philippians 2:12-13

Sometimes, in our attempt to know ourselves and look closely at ourselves, proximity can distort our perception, making it difficult to focus, as when we try to photograph a flower very closely.

That is why praying and reading the Bible helps us to know very concrete examples of the Lord's Glory. To relive Jesus' teachings and understand that there are different realities and various people. We must learn from them, knowing that we all share the same home and the same path of light. We are together with the Holy Spirit, which connects us directly with the Lord.

If we learn to observe and recognize the presence of the Lord in our surroundings, we can appreciate the beauty and blessings that surround us. Through adaptation and waiting on the Lord, we will find the path to what we really need.

By focusing on Jesus' teachings and the connection with the Holy Spirit, we will better understand the Glory of the Lord and live in harmony with others. May each day allow us to marvel at the wonders that the Lord shows us.
