Organize your Week: Plan in a New Way

If you want to make a change, think of different ways to organize your day-to-day life. Learn a new way in the following article.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Jesus Christ.” Philippians 4:6-7

Prayers

The most important area to consider to make God proud of us as his children. Let us not forget the importance of prayer in our lives, since it constitutes the channel of direct communication with God.

It is through meditation that we immerse ourselves each time we pray when God's true will is revealed to us through what is inside our hearts.

When Jacob awoke from his sleep, he thought, “Surely the Lord is in this place, and I was not aware of it.” 17 He was afraid and said, “How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God; this is the gate of heaven.” Genesis 28:16-17

Go to the temple

Because there is nothing like remote practice and because it is also God's will that his children come together in a ceremony that celebrates the fact that God loves us all equally.

That is why assiduously attending the temple makes the Lord happy, and that is also why it is our duty as his flock to celebrate that God loves us.

“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.” Ephesians 4:32

Forgive

Another aspect to consider is the valuable gift of true forgiveness. Let us remember then that we will only be able to glorify the Lord with this powerful gift, if forgiveness genuinely comes from the bottom of our hearts, without regard to future negative feelings, growing of envy prone.

“Love is patient, it is kind. Love is not envious or boastful or proud. Does not behave rudely, is not selfish, does not get angry easily, does not hold a grudge.” 1 Corinthians 13:4-5

Love

Because that is the first commandment and the most important law: to love one another in the same way that God does with all his children. It is only through the purest love that all the evils of this world can really be healed.

It is through divine love that we really learn the meaning of the word surrender, since without love we are nothing .

“ Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!  Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Philippians 4:4-6

Be thankful

Aspect somewhat difficult to achieve if the strengthening of qualities such as humility and forgiveness are not taken into account. Being grateful means giving true value to all those things that we have achieved through our effort as well as those gifts with which God has blessed us.

“You will be enriched in every way so that on every occasion you can be generous, and so that through us your generosity results in thanksgiving to God.” 2 Corinthians 9:11

Be generous

Because it is one of the teachings that God has left us to be generous with those who have little. He urges us to give half of what we possess so that we avoid having earthly bonds that complicate us when leaving everything behind and after the eternal life that He intends for us, his children.

“So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full.” Matthew 6:2

Help

What better way do we know to express our love than helping others, taking care of those who need it most. God wants us to put this virtue into practice in the same way that He knew how to do it with those he didn't even know. Let's put this virtue into practice to get a little closer to Jesus.
