The Necessary Inspiration

Get those negative feelings out of your thoughts right now. Find sources of divine inspiration in the following article.

"The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity." Proverbs 11:3

In every moment of life and every year that we go through, the Lord has something to teach us.

Each moment provides us with a different inspiration and unique learning, which can only come from the wisdom of the Heavenly Father. People act similarly in many contexts and moments on the path.

At first we reflect on the needs to be met, then we work on the birth of the idea or plan to achieve it. We see the results, and finally, we evaluate everything that has happened and extract the learning, to give way to the closing of a stage and the opening of a new one.

If we remain still, silent, unchanging, we will never be able to enjoy new stages of spiritual evolution. It is a time to reflect, to know ourselves and to connect a little more with the Holy Spirit.

"If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth." 1 John 1:6

If we manage to be calm, we will reach good moments for introspection, and prayer. To know yourself more, in communion with the Lord. Small daily details, dedicating quality time to prayer and Bible reading, will help you make great decisions ahead.

Meditate in the silence. Which thoughts predominate in you? Which ideas do you think need to hibernate? Which ones need a process to come to light and be strengthened?

"I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold." Psalm 18:1-2

If you feel it's time for introspection, try connecting with rest. Reconnecting with you will help you balance your senses and emotions.

Allow yourself to listen more attentively, to listen more to the inner than the outer, to enjoy the calm and serenity of Peace.

It is important when we feel that our body goes through moments of emotional cold, pay attention to the signs and people around us today.

We should not be self-demanding, but we should turn to those who know us best to resume our usual spirituality.

"Acknowledge and take to heart this day that the Lord is God in heaven above and on the earth below. There is no other." Deuteronomy 4:39

Learn to draw inspiration from those stories and accounts that help us remember Jesus and God. Talk to your friends and family members who are available. They are instruments of the Holy Spirit who will work with hope under the commandments of the Lord. Their stories and learnings will serve as a natural reflection and mirror of your emotions, thoughts and feelings.

Do not doubt your abilities as a daughter and son of the Heavenly Father, He listens to us, guides us and helps us to be better people every day.
