The Necessary Balance

When we feel a detour on the path we can make decisions to feel enlightenment in our lives again. Incorporate from the following article ways to balance your inner spirituality.

"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day." Hebrews 10:24-25

Sometimes you feel that your emotions dominate you. That you cannot control them, that they overwhelm you and that your emotional part does not connect with your more rational and more spiritual part.

This happens because you let your emotions dominate you. The good news is that you can achieve balance if you learn to temper your emotions and connect deeply with the Holy Spirit. The Lord gives you the opportunity to connect with your deepest needs. He gives you the chance to feel the love of Jesus in your daily life, blessing your life and those around you with the Glory of the Lord.

"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God[a] may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." 2 Timothy 3:16-17

Life must be accepted without fear or opposition. What happens sometimes is that emotions overflow you, and you cannot think clearly about what is happening to you or what is around you.

What is important at this point is that you know that God accompanies you now and will accompany you until this situation moves forward naturally. Towards an evolutionary direction, towards the improvement and progress of your heart.

You must be able to reach a balance between your faith and your current life. For this you have to observe yourself when you feel that you are feeling far away from your path. Why do you think this is happening to you? Are you upset about the particular situation or does it refer you to other unresolved problems? Are you experiencing anxiety? Or does the situation really require that extra dose of hope, love, patience that comes from the Holy Spirit?

"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10

You must learn from the Lord. He is patient and bright, being transferred symbolizes the serene flow of life with Jesus. The Holy Spirit has His own processes, which we must respect in order to walk in His way, His times and teachings.

Faith requires time. Just like you. Clarity is not achieved from one day to the next, nor is it convenient to pressure yourself to make decisions if there is only confusion in your mind. Be like water: flow and take your time to give your best. Breathe slowly and slowly. Don't rush too much to reach your goal or to be on time for all your obligations. Give adequate time and space to prayer, to prayer with God. It will help you to balance thoughts, emotions and the right connection with the Holy Spirit.

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6

Try to be more predisposed and tolerant of your surroundings. Adapt yourself to the circumstances, whatever they may be. Demand from your inner being confidence, reflection, calmness, waiting and a vision of hope and faith. The Lord is compassionate to all his creations, sons and daughters of light. This will help you to have less stress and balance in your day to day life.

Continuing to build a healthy community will help you to follow certain values of the Holy Spirit such as cooperation, sociability, solidarity and harmony with the family environment.

Don't forget that to achieve this balance you must do good deeds with your environment in addition to thinking about yourself.
