Keeping your spiritual balance: Transmitting your inner Peace

The steps to start the beautiful path of sharing are here

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11

There are many reasons that can produce negative attitudes and actions within us that separate us from the Grace of God. The loss of a loved one, the lack of work, the uncertainty generated by economic problems are factors that directly affect our self-esteem, hope, and will. In situations of this type, we must recognize that when we deviate from the Lord's path, we isolate ourselves more and more from our environment and forget ourselves, the value, and the Mission that the Eternal has entrusted to us.

Let's not be ashamed, then, to begin to recognize that we are incredibly fragile beings who are completely dependent on the Highest.

“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.” Psalms 32:8

Many times, we have behaved in such a negative and harmful way with ourselves and our environment that we have come to think that we are not worthy of the Lord's Mercy.

This impression is absolutely false.

When the Guide of God becomes visible again on our horizon, we understand perfectly that He was always there, passing through pain and sadness by our side, sustaining us when we believed that nobody was doing it, alleviating our burdens, talking to us constantly. Therefore, if we are going through a complicated experience and we detect that we have been trying to hide from the Lord, let us accept the help of our loved ones, let us accept the closeness of affections by activating our Gift of Humility and Repentance. Let us remove the fear of our existence, we will always be worthy of the care, compassion, and Mercy of our Heavenly Father .

“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.” Isaiah 43:2

Let us remember that the presence of God is not the absence of problems but the courage and Wisdom to tackle and overcome them.

This does not mean that the Lord will solve all our conflicts, it means that when the waters cover us, He will not let us drown and that before the flames, we will have the certainty that He will cover us with His Spirit to show us His glory and reveal to us the importance of our life.

“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Ephesians 2:10

Let us put in God's hands the obstacles that do not allow us to advance, let us change the perspective of our gaze, giving it a renewed and vital focus. Let's keep in mind that we are children of the Lord and that we are very valuable to Him. He has drawn up a Plan for our lives and counts on our Commitment.

Let us free our heart from that which keeps us from the path and reach the Peace that calms our Spirit that only the Presence of our Heavenly Father can bring.
