6 Ways to Plan Your Day in a Special Way

Living under the rules that as God's children we must follow, does not necessarily mean constant recollection and impossible plans. These concepts offer us a different view.

“I pray that, according to the riches of his glory, he may grant that you may be strengthened in your inner being with power through his Spirit, and that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith, as you are being rooted and grounded in love.” Ephesians 3:16-17

Start being grateful. Just look around and you will see that everything that surrounds you, that are none other than blessings that the Lord has given you throughout your life. Then thank Him for all He has done for you, in reward for your sacrifices and everything you do for the well being of your neighbors.

“No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God lives in us, and his love is perfected in us.” John 4:12

Entrust yourself to Him. Recognize that He is the architect of all we know and that the path we have taken is none other than the reflection of His Holy will. With the fulfillment of the mission that was given to us by Him, entrust yourself to Christ so that you will not run out of strength to fulfill it and so that your faith may remain strong.

“Those who say, “I love God,” and hate their brothers or sisters, are liars; for those who do not love a brother or sister whom they have seen, cannot love God whom they have not seen.” 1 John 4:20

Find your shelter. Because the path we choose is not an easy one; because temptation is lurking around every corner and the trials that we are subjected to are difficult by nature. It is due to all of this that we must seek shelter in the Lord, so that we may be able to hear His healing word, calm our hearts, and receive His holy advice, the one that will give us new strength to return to our path.

“See what love the Father has given us, that we should be called children of God; and that is what we are. The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.” 1 John 3:1

Ask for advice. Many times we do not need shelter in Christ, but rather some sage advice that clears our sight when at times our hearts are clouded. It is then that God's word comes into action and clears away our doubts that keep us from clearly seeing the path we must take, the right choice, Christ's word through our hearts.

“For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:38-39

Do His will. I am sure that you are well aware of what God's will is, or of the famous "what would Jesus do?" What tends to happen is that temptations often try to make us stray from the path and cloud our hearts when it is time to make decisions. That is when we must blindly trust sustained by our faith and follow the divine will, and it will never be wrong.

“In this is love, not that we loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins.” 1 John 4:10

Thank Him again. At the end of the day, thank Him again for all you have achieved throughout this new journey thanks to Him. Remember that being grateful strengthens the bond with our Father in amazing ways.
