Routines to Start the Day

Creating a daily routine of connection with the Lord will help you to heal your soul. Discover in the following verses a unique way to reconnect with the Heavenly Father.

"Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Then, whether I come and see you or only hear about you in my absence, I will know that you stand firm in the one Spirit, striving together as one for the faith of the gospel." Philippians 1:27

Starting our days with the awareness that we wake up with health, vitality and energy to face our tasks will help us greatly to continue in the way of the Lord.

If on any particular day we feel we have bad energy, little predisposition or discomfort because of something we feel or think, we have to be clear that healing must begin from the first minute we wake up.

Daily prayer will strengthen our bond with the Lord. Undertake a regular and grateful dialogue so that it becomes routine, but not boring. A space for dialogue and healing consensus with the Father.

"Now to him who is able to establish you in accordance with my gospel, the message I proclaim about Jesus Christ, in keeping with the revelation of the mystery hidden for long ages past." Romans 16:25

Just as in the morning some people have breakfast with fruits or juices, others do exercise or yoga routines, there are many people who take advantage of that morning peace to connect their soul with the Holy Spirit.

Thus, as with a meditation, in moments of solitude, concentration and silence, we can deepen our connection with the Faith. If doubts, fears or questions that torment us from the beginning arise, it will be a unique space to learn about your inner self.

On a daily basis you will understand how people who exercise every day, tone their muscles and their body.

"Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God. They are brought to their knees and fall, but we rise up and stand firm." Psalm 20:7-8

You can invigorate your heart and soul: Hope will be renewed with each dawn, gratitude for what you are learning in your life and what is presented to you as an opportunity to get closer to the Holy Spirit, will be the basis for feeling that the Lord is closer and closer to your heart and soul.

Eventually, you will be looking forward to getting up every morning to connect with prayer. Some people do this routine at night, before going to sleep, but in some cases, being very tired and with very low energies makes one not to concentrate in that space of divine inspiration.

If it is necessary to do it at another time of the day because our daily chores do not allow us to take advantage of the morning to dialogue with the Heavenly Father, let us try to do it in a place and time of the day that is beneficial for us.

"if you continue in your faith, established and firm, and do not move from the hope held out in the gospel. This is the gospel that you heard and that has been proclaimed to every creature under heaven, and of which I, Paul, have become a servant." Colossians 1:23

Perhaps during a meal or, why not, before going to sleep. It does not matter where or when, what is important is the permanence and perseverance of dialogue and gratitude during prayer.

The Lord's will is clear for each of his sons and daughters. He wants them to overcome at all times, to learn from adversity and from the situations in which each person is involved.

The decisions we make, will design the future of each one of us and it is for this reason that we will have the necessary opportunities to approach Jesus, to be able to ask for enlightenment, for his guidance and to have him as a fundamental ally at the time of drawing strength to continue advancing.
