"Acknowledge and earnestly consider today that the Lord is God in heaven above and on earth beneath, and that there is no other."Deuteronomy 4:39

At this point in your journey along the path of the Lord, we have a lesson to face. Each phase offers us a distinct inspiration and unique knowledge, emanating solely from the wisdom of the Heavenly Father. Human beings act similarly in various contexts and moments of our journey.

First, we reflect on the needs to be addressed; then we work on developing the idea or plan to meet those needs. We observe the results and, finally, we evaluate everything that has happened and extract the learning, to close a cycle and give way to a new one.

Remaining static, in silence, without changes, will deprive us of experiencing new stages of spiritual growth. It is a period for reflection, self-knowledge and a deeper connection with the Holy Spirit.

"How I love you, O Lord, my strength! The Lord is my rock, my refuge, my deliverer; he is my God, the rock where I take refuge. He is my shield, the strength that saves me, my highest hiding place." Psalm 18:1-2

If we manage to find calm, we can enjoy moments conducive to introspection and prayer. To discover ourselves in communion with the Lord. Small daily rituals, dedicating quality time to prayer and Bible reading, will help us to make important decisions in the future.

Meditate in silence. Which thoughts predominate in your mind? Which ideas need to rest in lethargy? Which ones require a process of maturation before coming to the light of day?

"If we claim to have fellowship with him, but live in darkness, we lie and do not put the truth into practice." 1 John 1:6

If you perceive that it is the right time for inner reflection, seek to connect with rest. Reconnecting with yourself will allow you to harmonize your senses and emotions.

Give yourself the opportunity to listen more attentively, to pay more attention to your inner world than the outer world, to delight in the tranquility and serenity of Peace.

It is essential when we experience moments of emotional unrest in our being, to pay attention to the signs and the people around us at this time.

It is not necessary to demand too much of ourselves, but it is important to turn to those who know us best to resume our usual spiritual practice.

"The righteous are guided by their integrity; the false are destroyed by their hypocrisy." Proverbs 11:3

Learn to draw inspiration from stories and accounts that remind us of Jesus and God. Talk to your available friends and family members. They are instruments of the Holy Spirit who act with hope according to the Lord's commands. Their experiences and teachings will serve as a mirror of your emotions, thoughts and feelings.

Do not doubt your abilities as a son or daughter of the Heavenly Father; He listens to us, guides us and helps us to improve as people every day.
