"Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone." Colossians 4:5-6

The Lord shows us situations that function as alerts and learning opportunities, so that we can place ourselves in the right place and at the right time to approach faith.

It is essential that we become aware of our emotions, sensations and feelings, since they are indicators of the truly important issues in our existence. Love for the Holy Spirit, faith, hope and love for our fellow human beings are fundamental aspects of our lives.

When we live on autopilot, we cease to be aware of what our thoughts and emotions are revealing to us. The time has come to awaken to a different spirituality and connect deeply with God.

" When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." John 8:12

Recognizing our limits, needs and emotions in relation to our environment is the first step in taking charge of our spiritual life. Some thoughts may remain for a while, but others, as well as certain behaviors of the past, must expire in order for us to evolve and grow in our faith.

It is time to open our hearts to the Savior and let His light shine in us. Let us be aware that our thoughts determine our intentions, so let us be faithful to the Lord and His truth. This will not only give us freedom, but also connect us to our deepest well-being. It is time to connect with that love that God gives us.

It is time to build a healthy reality together, but first it is important that we establish clear definitions in our lives. Loving and caring for ourselves is the greatest revolutionary act that exists, because in order to give ourselves to others and to the Lord, we must first take special care of ourselves.

Let's be honest and determine how much commitment and dedication we are willing to invest in strengthening our faith. It is best to build a relationship based on mutual respect between God and us, recognizing our needs and sharing with the Lord our true longings, through prayer.

If you feel it is the right time, I encourage you to innovate in your spiritual life, looking for new spaces that generate a greater connection with your spirituality and your faith. Perhaps you can dedicate moments of solitude to read the Bible or explore new interpretations that strengthen your knowledge and understanding.

It is essential to maintain a balance between our daily activities, whether at work, home or other areas of our lives. We should not turn into fanaticism those practices that connect us with the Lord. We simply need to maintain a healthy constancy and balance in order to understand in which moments we are experiencing spiritual learning, and in which moments we feel the glory of God coming into our being.

"Walk in obedience to all that the Lord your God has commanded you, so that you may live and prosper and prolong your days in the land that you will possess." Deuteronomy 5:33

Let's put the afflictions of the past behind us, they are now behind us. Now it is time to keep a good rhythm and a good attitude towards the Holy Spirit. Let us remember to thank the Lord, honor Him and allow prayer to recharge our energies, so that each day we begin with a renewed inner fire, motivated by divine love.

Let us commit to our emotional and spiritual healing. An excellent moment is approaching, when we can entrust our hearts to the Holy Spirit. Let us open our eyes, He is in front of us, waiting for us to receive Him with joy and surrender.

May the peace and love of the Lord accompany us on this journey of spiritual growth. May our faith be strengthened and our connection with God deepen each day.
