Measuring Our Emotional Well-Being

At times the daily routine moves us from the axis of balance of our sensations and emotions. Discover in the following article a way to align your heart.

"However, as it is written: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived”— the things God has prepared for those who love him—." 1 Corinthians 2:9

Let us think for a moment about the privilege of having the Lord on our side. A Heavenly Father who never abandons us and helps us materialize our dreams and hopes.

The most beautiful thing of all is that He has not moved, He is always where He should be, and when we get to Him we are safe because our Lord will take care of fighting for us, we just have to get to where He is.

If you feel that this is your moment to balance your spirit, adjust your heart to Faith and God.


" I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love." Ephesians 3:16-17

Let us take the opportunity to live in a peaceful way, nurtured with love, respect and forgiveness. Forgetting our own difficulties and troubles, clearing the way to reach the Glory in the name of the Heavenly Father.

In this way we will become a living example of his teachings and infinite love for the beings who follow his enlightenment. Take the opportunity to heal today, take the first step.


"You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water." Psalm 63:1

Loving God means much more than feeling affection for Him. It is a connection that goes beyond all feeling and explanation.

We show that we love God when we move forward on the path of heavenly enlightenment and put His word into action. This is the only way we can feel the eternal love of our Heavenly Father. Sharing his teachings with loved ones, helping those who need it most and forgiving others whenever we can.


"Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you! See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me.." Isaiah 49:15-16

We need to rejoice in God's love after placing our problems in His hands, and in that way we can rest in His desire for our life.

Our challenge is to put aside our worries, because the Lord is in control of the present and has plans for our future. He always has his eye on each and every one of his sons and daughters. For this same reason is that you must not lose your calm, be patient with your prayers and lean on those people you consider close to you in order to renew your spirit day by day.
