"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law." Galatians 5:22-23

Have you felt your hope and Faith diminishing lately?

We live our days in a fast pace, without stopping to think about the state of our feelings and emotions for the Lord. There are several factors that easily lead us to a life of stress and anxiety away from God's way.

Putting a brake, from time to time, and introducing in our daily routines a space of time to give special attention to spiritual reconnection and love for the Savior, will help us to clean our hearts.

The key to improve the quality of life, with love and respect for the Holy Spirit, for our Heavenly Father and reconnecting with our nearest and dearest.

"The seed falling among the thorns refers to someone who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, making it unfruitful." Matthew 13:22

The heart, like the mind, also needs to go through purifications. Daily life, stress, conflicts, city pollution and situations that take you away from the path of redemption with the Lord are elements that submerge you in a sea of doubts and distancing from the enlightened truth.

To make spaces of meditation and inner reconnection with the Heavenly Father will allow us to discover all his blessings, his miracles and the teachings that facilitated us that bridge between love and respect necessary to heal spiritually.

Reconnecting with family, friends and loved ones will give us the strength to move forward in our daily lives and overcome the adversities that come our way.

"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching." Hebrews 10:24-25

Every family has good times and bad times. Things unsaid, stories hidden or denied. Each one of us carries this group past on our shoulders, many times without even being aware of it.

The right time to recognize the existence of these knots and untie them in the presence of love is now. Talking with a friend, a partner or a close family member about our history can lead us to understand our bond with the Holy Spirit. Let us not be afraid to ask the questions that feel necessary to reconnect with God and His blessings.

Dialogue is the first step towards the healing of our Faith and our bond with our Heavenly Father. Prayer and the reading of the Holy Word will be the key to move forward on your path lighter and freer to undertake your own story with the Savior.

"For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others." Romans 12:4-5

For the epiritual renewal to be complete, this is the ideal time to bring clarity to family ties, close past stories that no longer represent us, say goodbye to those situations or people who are no longer part of our lives.

Likewise, to cleanse our soul, renewing the vows of trust and the necessary energy to feel the love of the Lord in our heart. Through small actions and movements of approaching the path of light, the rest of the process will be facilitated.

Just as the wind blows everything off the ground, remember that you have the ability to close and say goodbye to old situations in your life in order to make room for all that is to come.

Reach out to your loved ones, if necessary ask for the forgiveness you need to be at peace with them and with God. It is never too late.
