How to have a Better Relationship with your Friends

There are many ways to approach to your friends. We have the ability to do it at any time and place of our day. Learn a new way with these tips.

“One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to inquire in his temple.” Psalms 27:4

Study His word

Reading the Bible daily is an exercise that will keep us in tune with the teachings that God has given us, but when we incorporate this exercise, we must also be aware of carefully interpreting the message that God wants to share and, above all, immediately put it into practice, because that is how we glorify the Holy Father.

“Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchman stays awake in vain.” Psalms 127:1

Trust and believe in God

At first these two concepts may seem obvious, but if we meditate deeply on them, we will see how important they are when it comes to improving our relationship with God. That is why we must trust that everything that happens to us is part of the plan He has for us. But we must also firmly believe that His ways are the right ones and that everything happens for a reason. Nothing is random.

“Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting thou art God” Psalms 90:2

Love God

Because He has taught us through His example that nothing makes sense and nothing is possible without love. Therefore it is our duty to make love the cornerstone for building a better relationship not only with Christ but with any brother or sister. Let us therefore remember this important point that will bring us significantly closer to our Father.

“Can a man hide himself in secret places so that I cannot see him? says the Lord. Do I not fill heaven and earth? says the Lord.” Jeremiah 23:24

Love your neighbor as yourself

In this dual message it is so important to follow the example of our Savior, and in doing so, we will realize that it will not be possible to love our brothers and sisters if we do not love ourselves first. Once we have understood that we are all children of God and that we are united by a wonderful work, we can really live in love and harmony with Him. He teaches us.

“Know therefore this day, and lay it to your heart, that the Lord is God in heaven above and on the earth beneath; there is no other.” Deuteronomy 4:39

Repent from our sins

Because that is the only way to obtain divine forgiveness and be able to begin a relationship based on mutual trust and love. We must be careful to practice true repentance, one that will not let us fall back into temptation. There is no point filling our mouths with empty words and then forgetting our commitment as soon thereafter. Remember that the Lord sees everything and knows everything, deceiving ourselves is deceiving Him.
