Gratitude: The Foundation of Spiritual Growth

Let us succeed in connecting our loved ones with this life energy. Explore in the following article ways to feel that vitality.

"Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful." Hebrews 10:23

If we perceive that all our life development was guided by people and by The Lord, we will then understand that both parts must be honored.

In order to be at peace with our Heavenly Father, we are very clear that some tools such as prayer, reading the Bible or studying some verses and devotionals, help us to deepen our connection with the Faith.

With our family and with our loved ones, we have some tools and actions to be able to deepen our bond with love.

Wondering how? We are one step away from being able to move forward with a leap into the Holy Spirit and Faith.

"And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit." 2 Corinthians 3:18

In the moments when we find ourselves before the Lord, we can approach from the most sincere place. He knows us and guides us in his path of illumination and glory. He will always listen to us and will be near to give us patience and hope to overcome any adversity.

The same will happen with the people around us, our closest environment. Those friends who have always known us and who will help us in every circumstance when we need to talk to them or share a personal concern.

In both situations, we have to be in eternal gratitude, since the light and blessings that these people and the Heavenly Father send us, turn out to be our infinite guide towards our destiny of Faith.

"for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ." Galatians 3:27

If you manage to fill yourself with a sense of gratitude for all the wonderful things that happen in your life will be the key to this transit that you carry forward day by day along the path of light of our Savior. You are in a stage to take advantage of the blessings you have, to live and value the present, to enjoy each day with intensity and awareness.

It is not worth being worried about what has already happened or what is going to happen. Being able to focus on the now and on the opportunities that our Heavenly Father gives us to heal and improve in life, will nourish your body and soul.

It is a stage dedicated to gratitude: for the gifts you have, for your family, your friendships, your opportunities. Have you already prayed in gratitude?

"On this mountain he will destroy the shroud that enfolds all peoples, the sheet that covers all nations; he will swallow up death forever. The Sovereign Lord will wipe away the tears from all faces; he will remove his people’s disgrace from all the earth. The Lord has spoken. In that day they will say, “Surely this is our God; we trusted in him, and he saved us. his is the Lord, we trusted in him; let us rejoice and be glad in his salvation!" Isaiah 25:7-9

Begin your day by valuing the spaces that in this past year have become your homes. Value the affection that the Lord has given you, the warmth that has accompanied you in every step.

You have achieved family relationships full of harmony and happiness, it has cost you enormous efforts but you have managed to reach a balance in which each one in the family has his space of individuality. Always remembering the communion, love and peace that amalgamates each family and loved one that composes your closest circle.

Surely there are still some issues and questions to resolve, but betting and looking for ways to improve and share time together with each of your family members, thinking about outings and trips. Looking for spaces and moments to be able to unite in the love and respect that Jesus instilled in us on the cross.
