On Many Occasions Our Thoughts Can Betray Us. Learn in the following article how to feel better by connecting with your true emotions.

"Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock." Matthew 7:24

If we are feeling our energy low, it is probably somewhat aligned with our distancing ourselves from the way of Faith and the Holy Spirit. We should then try to strengthen our heart and our inner being by exercising in prayer.

In order to draw closer to the Lord, we can daily renew our healing bond, feeling the necessary relief, relegating that negative energy and giving place to hope, the instrument of change along with forgiveness.

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." John 1:1

You should try to plan a goal, just as you exercise your body day by day, you can achieve this reconnection with your spiritual needs with the Heavenly Father.

Create your space, have a routine to achieve this reconciliation with hope and brotherly love. The Bible is our universal guide to achieve the task. You will feel how your vow of love and respect for the pillars of Heavenly Father will begin to guide your decisions.

Reflect for a moment to determine when God's path of enlightenment veered off course. Contemplate and navigate your thoughts to determine if you want to follow this commitment in order to deepen the opportunities that the Lord is giving you.

"Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.'" Matthew 4:4

The most important axis to eradicate those thoughts from your mind will be the communication you maintain with your inner self and the balance you reach with the Lord.

To be able to accompany new and positive thoughts, we must try to give good examples that support them and make them flow through our mind. To support each decision together with the Word of God will help us to realize instantly how rewarding it is to have Faith in our hands.

This type of deeds will be a clear demonstration for the Lord to bless us with his eternal wisdom.

" In God, whose word I praise— in God I trust and am not afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?" Psalms 56:4

Free your mind. Face these negative thoughts and release them out of your system. You will overcome the present obstacles with the presence of the Holy Spirit in your life. The Lord will help you in prayer and you will begin to make a habit of reading the Bible in order to feel His magnificent wisdom on your side.

We will be in front of several opportunities on our feet to shape and take a first step towards a life directed to God's divine plan.

Determination is key, along with your patience. Your heart must be open to be able to take that leap of faith and love, changing our attitude by 180°.
