Creating a Safe and Fearless Environment

Certain moments in life generate unfounded fear, paralyzing us senselessly. Discover in the following article the reasons why this type of situation occurs.

"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10

Situations that generate certain discomfort can lead to fear.

It keeps us from what we want to do, from the people we want to spend time with, and it also keeps us from our true path of enlightenment with the Holy Spirit.

Fear must be accepted, and you must do whatever you want to do, even if inside you feel panic and want to run away. Taking action in your life, aligning your heart with God's enlightenment, will give you a unique advantage: feeling special and balancing your inner peace.

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7

Surely the fear that resides in your heart is there because you have suffered much and have been left with an enormous distrust of others, and all that surrounds you.

The distrustful surrender to our Heavenly Father will show us to be vulnerable. In a few words, it is complicated to be able to love God if we do not trust our Lord. This is terrible, since loving is one of the most powerful and healing feelings we can experience.

Look at your bond with your inner self and your spirituality. You must determine why that feeling of connection with God lapsed. Why they did not work and see if there is not some of your responsibility in it, if there are not fears in there that have shaken that deep relationship that existed with the Holy Spirit. Remember that love does not know about half measures: either you give everything or it will not work with our Heavenly Father.

"Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God." Mark 10:27

You are stopping doing things out of fear. Out of fear of not feeling that you are a good person, out of fear of failure, out of fear of losing other things you already have, out of fear of fear. Think: why aren't you doing what you dream of?

It is time to make a plan to reconnect with your spirituality. Today's lesson is not to think so much about your past actions. Just execute and move forward with your emotions and your inner needs.

By moving forward and doing you will be making decisions without realizing it, and you will let the mind stop working tirelessly giving way to pure action, which generates movement and a renewal of your values as a son or daughter of God.

"For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." Psalm 139:13-14

Fear is a very human feeling: it is there from the moment we are born until the very day we die. Therefore, it is very important to know how to live with it and to accept that it will always be more or less present in any decision we make, no matter how small.

Even if this feeling overwhelms us and we do not know what to do, it is important to learn to make friends with fear so that it does not leave us paralyzed and in panic, without knowing how to act.

We have a unique ally: the Lord. First of all, you have to know that feeling fear is not bad. This emotion is activated when we are facing a situation that we have previously evaluated as dangerous. The problem is that sometimes it is irrational: that is, it is not a real fear.

It may be that there are real dangers, or that we have had experiences that have led us to live these situations in this way. In any case, here are three tips that will help you deal with that feeling: do not run away from fear, accept it and face what makes you feel afraid, since we have the Glory of the Holy Spirit on our side. We have the certainty that God will help us and provide us with the necessary tools to move forward and evolve as God's beings.
