Come to See Your Heart Again

There is a process and a time to realize the healing of our heart. Learn with these verses to overcome any adversity.

"Do not say, “Why were the old days better than these?” For it is not wise to ask such questions." Ecclesiastes 7:10

Many times, life's experiences leave deep imprints in us, cracks that never seem to heal. These marks, some imposed by the environment and others self-generated, offer a world of possibilities to be reborn resilient, connecting us with the wisdom and love of the Lord.

Facing wounds as opportunities for change allows us to courageously face an often challenging and bewildering world. These brokennesses should not be considered disposable, whether in objects or in the people around us. The divine message urges us to love, care for and nurture our fellow human beings instead of discarding them at the first signs of failure or pain.

Jesus' living example reveals his transformation through the scars on his skin, a manifestation of deep connection to his purpose and beliefs. His positive energy and unconditional love attract us, but sometimes we are faced with moments when it seems unbearable to stay there, in that uncomfortable situation.

"Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil." Ephesians 5:15-16

These emotions, though intense, are transient. When feeling overwhelmed or lost, let us seek examples of wisdom and serenity in those around us or in the teachings of the Word. In it, we will find stories of people who, alongside Jesus, performed miracles, increasing God's Glory with each action and decision.

Our story is shared with the Heavenly Father and his Son Jesus, who have witnessed the emotions, the ups and downs of life, and the various sensations we experience. They know us and know when to approach to offer us help. By maintaining daily connection with the Holy Spirit through prayer, we regain the necessary hope for joy and cultivate the divine gifts.

"If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." James 1:5

We have been taught to focus on the outcome, forgetting that the process is just as important. Focusing on each stage with patience and calm will allow us to move forward under the light of the Lord.

Let us remember that success is not only found at the end of the road, but is also present in every step we take toward recovery and improvement. Healing the heart is a journey that requires time and dedication. Each small victory is one step closer to happiness, bringing us ever closer to the loving presence of our Savior.

The Lord's love and guidance teach us to face these cracks with resilience and faith. Each wound is an invitation to spiritual transformation, allowing us to connect with our true essence and rebuild ourselves from the depths of our being.

The story of Jesus, marked by his own scars, offers us an example of transformation through pain. His wounds symbolize not only his suffering, but also his powerful capacity to heal and transcend.

"For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding." Proverbs 2:6

Let us remember that our experiences, though difficult, offer us the opportunity to learn, grow and expand our connection with the Holy Spirit. They invite us to be compassionate with ourselves and others, showing us that wounds can become sources of strength and wisdom.

The process of healing and growing spiritually is not linear or quick, but each step, no matter how small, brings us closer to a greater understanding of faith and strengthens us to face future trials.

So, in these moments of darkness, let us not forget that Heavenly Father's love surrounds us, guiding us toward renewal and rebirth. Every crack we experience reminds us that we are evolving beings, capable of finding light in the midst of darkness, and of turning scars into symbols of hope and strength.
