Cleaning the Wounds of Our Heart

Forgive and Grow in order to move forward on your path of evolution. Learn in the following article how to cleanse the heart of not very positive feelings.

"Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the Lord your God, for he is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, and he relents from sending calamity." Joel 2:13

There are wounds in our heart that can be healed in various ways. Some of them were surely originated by some distressing situation, a close relative who is no longer around, a person who used to be a partner or simply sometimes our own way of walking the path became a little complicated.

We should not pressure you or force you to be well. You must simply remember that the Holy Spirit has a unique and restorative energy thanks to the Glory of the Lord.

"He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world." 1 John 2:2

First we will have to eradicate those wounds of the heart, trying to draw near to the Lord. This will be the first step to be able to truly reconcile ourselves with the Faith and with the healing that involves opening our heart to the light of the Heavenly Father.

First of all, do you have to forgive yourself for something? Do you have to forgive someone? Forgiveness is the instrument of connection with God to show that we know ourselves and we know that we are learning.

"Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy." Proverbs 28:13

The value of forgiveness must be real. Coming from our heart and destined to be sincere with our inner self or with those people we want to be forgiven.

We must understand that it is a task that requires patience, perseverance, hope and a lot of Faith. To be able to understand how Jesus forgave each person who betrayed him is a good first example to understand what such a leap implies.

"And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins." Mark 11:25

The time, the good predisposition towards your spirituality and the decisions you make from now on will allow you to feel that your heart is strengthened, exercised and nourished by the teachings of the Heavenly Father.

Forgiveness has a component of reconciliation with each person and also allows us to understand from a different point of view. To have a destiny of faith filled with people and emotions that encourage us to walk. That make us grow as people with the pillars of love, respect and faith as a support.

"Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?” Jesus answered, “I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times." Matthew 18:21-22

Finally we will be sharing this experience of inner discovery and spiritual evolution with our loved ones. Those who know us best and accompany us on the path of the Lord.

The plan is clear, and it will help you almost instantly to feel better about your past, your present and to have a future full of blessings.
