Building Confidence Again

Finding God's Grace in Times of Crisis is the key to regaining trust in You. Feel the way to repair that natural shield of your life with the following verses.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7

In a hyper-consumerist society, overwhelmed by over-information and immersed in the challenges of quarantine, many brothers and sisters in the faith face the temptation to abandon the Grace of God. This situation causes a loss of confidence in oneself and, therefore, in our Heavenly Father. In the face of these trials, we must react quickly and approach God in a simple, authentic and sincere way.

In times of crisis, the first thing we must do is to seek God consciously, with a positive and sincere attitude. Through the power of prayer, let us seek His Healing Word, the one that brings us back to the path of Light that He has prepared for us with His Infinite Love. Prayer is our direct connection to God and a source of spiritual strength in difficult times.

“Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Another key attitude is not to let inaction take hold of us. Inactivity can lead us to states of depression, lack of communication and avoidance through excesses.Let us remember that without effort it is impossible to change adverse circumstances. The absence of action leads us to confusion and can derive in acts of arrogance and pride. God created us to work, and through genuine effort, we achieve our goals and fulfill His purpose for our lives.

For effort and action to make sense, we must trust wholeheartedly in God's Eternal Grace and Perfect Word. Our faith in Him guides us and gives us the strength to overcome any obstacle. Trust in God is fundamental to keep us steadfast in our faith and purpose.

A crucial aspect of our relationship with God is to develop a Spirit of Gratitude. When we draw close to the Lord, we recognize that He has always been by our side, listening to us and sheltering us in spite of our doubts and anger. God blesses us with life, full of good times and bad, and uses our trials to strengthen our faith and commitment to Him.

“I wait for the Lord, my whole being waits, and in his word I put my hope.” Psalm 130:5

As we take action based on God's teachings, we begin to see things more clearly. We celebrate that we are walking with our Heavenly Father, renewing and giving meaning to our desires and goals.Hope in God is not something illusory and unattainable; it is a secure expectation in His grace. Our hope is strengthened when we maintain contact with God and trust in His plan and purpose for our lives.

In times of crisis, it is essential to maintain our faith and trust in God. Through prayer, action, gratitude and hope, we can overcome any challenge and find the peace and purpose God has for us.Let us continue to trust in His grace and seek His guidance at all times.

“Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.” Psalm 37:3

Jesus, in his sacrifice on the cross, left us a lesson of love and trust that transcends time.Despite the suffering and agony he faced, Jesus never lost faith in God.This statement is not only an expression of faith, but also an act of total surrender to God's will.In times of extreme distress, Jesus showed us that true trust in God involves surrendering ourselves completely to his plan, knowing that his love and purpose for us are perfect.

This trust that Jesus demonstrated gives us a clear example of how we should face our own trials.By remembering his sacrifice, we can find comfort and strength to overcome our own difficulties.Jesus taught us that, despite adversity, God's love remains constant and his grace sustains us.

Just as Jesus trusted the Father in his most critical moment, we too can trust God to guide and sustain us through our trials.
