Building a Relationship with your Spirituality

Being able to cultivate our daily bond with the Faith, will allow us to feel in a unique way. Learn in the following article how to have a clear vision of where you are headed on this path of light.

"Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6

If you stop to think a little, the essential thing is your care, you are a living being of the Kingdom of God, and you deserve the best under his blessings. But the person responsible for your care is you.

You have all the conditions to evolve healthily and have a good life. But you must work for it. Listen to the inner voice that connects with the Holy Spirit that will nourish your body by filling you with energy.

Never approach poisons and sins. They will only bring you destruction of the sacred place of your being: your soul and your heart.

If you have already done so, you should know that you can leave them, you should ask for help if you feel that it is too difficult for you alone. Bad habits discourage and destroy you. Get rid of them immediately and get back on the path of caring for yourself and respecting the values of FAITH. You will reap good things for you and yours if you listen to Jesus who nourishes us with love and purity.

"For the bread of God is the bread that comes down from heaven and gives life to the world." John 6:33

Sometimes we have the fantasy that our relationship with the Lord possesses a distributive justice, which takes place in an ideal world, where all that is given is received in equal measure.

You keep thinking that there are no imbalances or differences, but that feelings are always reciprocated in the same way, in the same amount.

Do you really consider that you can make that bond with your heart?

Some people will fall in love in the first week, while others will slowly build up their emotions and understand them, feeling love months or years after starting a relationship with Jesus.

"So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." 1 Corinthians 10:31

There is no need to rush, but if you feel you need to deepen your bond with the Holy Spirit, you can start right now. If you are interested, you can do it today: it is time to look for ways to take care of your own body and mind.

Read the Word of God, everything related to nourishing yourself well, learning to cook and eat healthily, eliminating vices from your daily life.

You know: every change you make will be welcome in your life and you will be able to generate new habits that will bless you with health improvements.

"For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light." Psalm 36:9

Today you will have an assignment that will help you get to know yourself: you will do a mental exercise with memories from the past. You will make an imaginary collage.

Look for moments of your past life. Open that memory chest without fear. Connect and bring back the images that reflect your life or your most genuine interests. Think of this collage as your autobiography. Think of 10 important moments in your life and give each one a title. Include your past, your present, your future and your desires.

Keep pulling until you have a good amount of images. Now arrange those memories in any order you like. How did the collage turn out? Do you feel good about those images? Do they show joy, sadness, melancholy? Of these 10 moments, which one is your favorite? Why? What is so special about it?

Respect for your essence, for the land you come from, will lead you on the right path. Sometimes results take time, but life has its cycle, if the soil is fertile and the seed is good, the result will appear. And it will be a strong and rich harvest. Take care of the sowing and be patient, because no one reaps before sowing.
