Building a Healthy Relationship

At all times and places we have opportunities to learn from our mistakes and how to say sorry. Try to put these verses into practice in your daily life.

"Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6

If you stop to think a little, the bottom line is your care, you are a living being of God's Kingdom, and you deserve the best under his blessings. But the person responsible for your care is you.

You have all the conditions to evolve healthily and have a good life. But you must work for it. Listen to the inner voice that connects with the Holy Spirit that will nourish your body by filling you with energy.

If you already feel that it is time to ask for help and if you feel that it is very difficult, you are in the right place.

Bad habits discourage and destroy you. Get away from them immediately and get back on the path of taking care of yourself and respecting the values of FAITH. You will reap good things for you and yours if you listen to Jesus who nourishes us with love and purity.

"We have spoken freely to you, Corinthians, and opened wide our hearts to you. 12 We are not withholding our affection from you, but you are withholding yours from us. As a fair exchange—I speak as to my children—open wide your hearts also." 2 Corinthians 6:11-13

Let us be wise and humble enough to recognize our mistakes, let us make room in our hearts for reconciliation and forgiveness. Empowered by these values, we will drive pride and anger completely out of our souls.

Supported by our Faith and the teachings of our Heavenly Father, we will be able to heal all the wounds that our own and others' displeasure may have caused.

You have in your hands the opportunity to evolve and deepen your spirituality with the Heavenly Father and with your loved ones.

"For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light." Psalm 36:9

Today you will have a task that will help you to know yourself: you will do a mental exercise with the people who have guided you throughout your life.

Look for moments in your past life and remember the times you got close to those people who know you best. Who helped you to overcome those conflict scenarios in moments of your life.

Remember that the Lord was also present there with these special people, who know you. The Heavenly Father guides them through his blessings and his Glory.

Respect for your essence, for the land you come from, will lead you on the right path. Sometimes the results take time, but life has its cycle, if the soil is fertile and the seed is good, the result will appear. And it will be a strong and rich harvest. Take care of the sowing and be patient, because no one reaps before sowing.

"So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." 1 Corinthians 10:31

There is no need to rush, but if you feel you need to deepen your bond with the Holy Spirit, you can start right now.

If you are interested it is the right time and you have the right time to seek ways to care for your own body, mind and spirit.

Get closer to the Sacred Word and everything related to nourishing yourself with Faith. Learn to generate new habits that will help you to reconnect with your inner self and with God.
