In addition, it is important to remember that our family and loved ones can understand our moment of introspection and respect our spaces of solitude. Grief also affects those around us, so the affection and kindness of others can soften the effects of pain.

The Lord has allowed us to evolve to be better people and continue on the path of good that helps us grow so much. Even in moments of storm, He appears with his immense glory and wisdom and shows us the way to stability and happiness.

"Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man." Proverbs 3:3-4
