Do everything as if you were doing it for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." Colossians 3:23-24

In moments of pain and difficulty, it is common to feel that everything is insurmountable and that nothing will get better. However, Bible verses teach us that pain has a purpose and that it strengthens us and reconnects us with the faith of the Holy Spirit.

Pain is transformative and the lessons that the path of the Holy Spirit teaches us make us stronger people. It is important to be compassionate with ourselves and those around us, allowing the pain to pass through our bodies and nourishing our hearts with prayers and the Holy Word to be able to accept it and face the situation presented.

"Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." Galatians 6:9

Trust in God allows us to build a unique bond with the Holy Spirit and the Lord. To continue achieving mutual support and the right balance of faith and in our hearts, it is necessary to let go of the past, old attitudes, and everything that no longer nourishes us in order to reformulate and transform ourselves into superior beings of light.

It is essential to remember that our future is guaranteed by the love and guidance of the Lord, and that even if we cannot understand the meaning of pain in the present moment, we will be able to understand it in the future. Pain is also a part of us, like the other side of the moon, and hiding and denying it will only leave more marks.

"Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him." James 1:12

In addition, it is important to remember that our family and loved ones can understand our moment of introspection and respect our spaces of solitude. Grief also affects those around us, so the affection and kindness of others can soften the effects of pain.

The Lord has allowed us to evolve to be better people and continue on the path of good that helps us grow so much. Even in moments of storm, He appears with his immense glory and wisdom and shows us the way to stability and happiness.

"Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man." Proverbs 3:3-4

To reconnect with God's love, we must wait for the waters and moments of anguish to calm down. It is important to regain our love for ourselves and for those spaces that help us expand our spirituality, such as prayer and Bible reading.

Pain and difficulty are a part of life, but through faith and the guidance of the Lord, we can overcome any adversity and transform ourselves into superior beings of light. It is essential to be compassionate with ourselves and those around us, and to remember that the future is always guaranteed by the love and guidance of the Lord.
