A Routine to Heal the Soul Today

With perseverance and hope you will achieve everything you set your mind to. Explore the following steps to perform an inner healing routine.

Turn to the origins

"Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust." Psalm 91:1-2

When we are in a moment where everything seems to be complicated and full of obstacles, we should try to resume the spiritual exercise. This can be the easiest or the most difficult of all. If you find it strange to think of it that way, you should think of it as a regular exercise routine. If you want to keep it up for a long time, you must then draw closer to the Holy Spirit and to the Lord.

By reconnecting yourself with some passages of the Bible, by trying to read it periodically, you will then generate a natural interest in its teachings.

Just remember that there you will find the guidance of our Holy Master.

Stay in tune with the Holy Spirit

"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze." Isaiah 43:2

Just as He speaks to us through our heart during prayer, we must also do our part and connect through various spaces and places.

Of course we turn to Christ when we need His guidance, but we must also not forget to give thanks for all that He blesses us with on a daily basis.

Tell Christ how much you need him but also how much you love him; tell him please and also thank him and commend your heart to the Heavenly Father as often as necessary.

Give a real example in your life

"Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world." 1 John 4:1

Being able to follow our thoughts with decisions in our daily lives will be a goal to follow for a while in our daily lives. You don't want to set impossible goals either.

That way you will have a way to put into practice all of God's teachings and you will be able to prove it when you begin to experience Faith on your path.

A spontaneous happiness will appear, a product of seeing the joy of those you have helped. Hope, love and faith are highly contagious.

Renew your vow of trust

"But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit." Jeremiah 17:7-8

Let us search our inner being in the spaces of prayer to find that moment of peace where silence covers everything, where the only sound is the beating of our heart and where we connect with the Heavenly Father.

In this way we will feel what God wants to tell us through our spirit. This is an act of recollection and requires constant practice, almost daily. You will feel in a special way and you will really understand how the Glory of the Lord is felt in your heart.

Share the Word

"Do not envy the violent or choose any of their ways. For the Lord detests the perverse but takes the upright into his confidence." Proverbs 3:31-32

If we can achieve that the message spreads, "that the whole world knows it", a global and universal phenomenon will be generated as sons and daughters of Christ.

To take His word to the whole world, to let everyone know of His eternal love, of His incredible deeds, and that He will come again to save us and give us eternal life in paradise, will help hundreds of millions of beings who need His help right now.
