Learn how to exercise your heart now and be happy with your loved ones.

Appreciation for all that has happened up until this moment

Without a doubt the first thing we have to do is give a prayer of thanks for having made it through these months and made it to this moment. No matter the circumstances or the particular conditions of each one, whether on an emotional level or healthwise, same as dealing with a good or bad moment, we always need to be thankful with our Heavenly Father.

He always has contemplated in his divine plan that each of us go through these situations so that we can learn through each of them

Recognizing the mistakes and sins so far

“Let it be known to you therefore, brethren, that through this man forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you, 39 and by him every one that believes is freed from everything from which you could not be freed by the law of Moses.” Acts 13:38-39

Surely at some point in the months of this year we remember the separation we sustained from the Holy Spirit. Bad choices, scenarios where our body and or soul were found to be lost, falling in the depths of the abyss of sin. We must maintain our attitude of criticism and recognition for these situations, recollecting such manifestations, since we learn to overcome them as long as we visualize them and identify ourselves in context. As brothers of Faith the dialogue with Jesus is fundamental at the time of cleansing our sins, because they strengthen us and we shield our hearts with light and love.

Being closer to the word of God

“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.” Matthew 5:43-44

You can always be closer to our Father and to Jesus. There is no limit when we connect our soul with the glory of the Lord. His son walked among us to show us all is possible, that there is no moment not place that is unreachable with the help and encouragement of the Holy Spirit. We must have patience, dedication and over all be devout in the teachings embedded in the Holy Scriptures. From there we can base many of our behaviors, compare them and know if our works in life find themselves aligned with those that God the Father desires from each of us.

Recover lost time and retake the path

"A voice says, 'Cry out.' And I said, 'What shall I cry?' 'All people are like grass, and all their faithfulness is like the flowers of the field. The grass withers and the flowers fall, because the breath of the Lord blows on them. Surely the people are grass. The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever.' " Isaiah 40:6-8

Once we have been overcome these first instances of forgiveness, recognition and rapproachment, it comes to the time where we must act. Separating from the negative feelings, setting them aside, to face a path full of Hope, Peace and rebuilding in harmony with our Creator. God will give us in just measure a fundamental base of growth and expansion through His Glory, it is up to us to be able to reap and fertilize our own hearts in this process of evolution and overcoming.

Praying, reading the sacred word and working for the good of our neighbors, those who need our help the most.

Ponder on the people we want near us

"See, the day! See, it comes! Doom has burst forth, the rod has budded, arrogance has blossomed!" Ezequiel 7:10

In prayer we must always remember those loved ones that are already in the heavenly kingdom, accompanied by our Father and His son Jesus. Also we must focus, wishing to secure and build bridges with the people that are part of our day to day, strengthening our ties with the Faith and the Holy Spirit. As much the people that we long and care for the most, as well as the people we know need help, that find themselves diverging from the path of light and the Glory of the Lord.

New list of priorities

“As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night will never cease.” Genesis 8:22

It is time to re-establish a new order of actions and objectives to close out the the last part of the year that is left. We already find ourselves more organized on the mental and spiritual plane. For that reason we must have as focus and priority the fundamental bases of Faith. Work as faithful devotees of Jesus in prayer and acts of goodwill, showing that we have sufficient tools to overcome any kind of setback, shedding any kind of temptation and sin from our mind.

From a heart immune to sin, clean and desirable to love, everyone will be able to incorporate into their list of needs what is necessary to feel complete, with God and with his Spirit.
