4 tips to act according to God's will

equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.” Hebreos 13:21

The will of God is not a great mystery, it is not another thing that we know him better, that we are worthy children of his and that we love him and serve him with all our heart. We can learn how to follow the divine will if we study the life and teachings of Jesus, who not only spoke of that will but also fulfilled it with his works and miracles .

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” Romans 12:2

We should not wait for God's call, any sign or vision to know what his purpose is for us since it is through the Bible that he communicates his message to all his sons and daughters. In it, we find everything we need in order to be on the right path. God wants us to discover what his will is for us by studying the Bible and using our ability to reason.


“Anyone who chooses to do the will of God will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own.” John 7:17

We must take the time to listen to what God wants to tell us through all of his communication channels, either through his word, through prayer and through all and everything around us. Likewise, we cannot forget to entrust ourselves to God when we go to sleep, and every day when we pray, spend a little time emptying our minds of all worldly thoughts to give God the opportunity to communicate something to us .


When he would not be dissuaded, we gave up and said, “The Lord’s will be done.” Acts 21:14

When we are thinking about what God is communicating to us, it is important to be very attentive and open to wanting to receive His word. Listening to God is an action of Faith, it is important, to be honest, and sincere in seeking God's will, being willing to interpret it with an open mind and also being willing to do anything that God entrusts us, regardless of its difficulty, and let us remember that He tests us to make the best of us, so that we may grow in Him, to take his example to all those who are willing to listen to Him.
