Dealing with our neighbor often results in a complex task. Sometimes by building prejudices or by not knowing how to approach people we do not know. Here we will give you some tips so that it does not affect you and you can do it with love.

Keep it in perspective

“If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.” Romans 12:18

Dealing with difficult people is a strenuous task, so we will give you some advice so that it does not affect you. Of course this does not apply to situations where a person faces physical danger or threats from someone else, but in other cases, we must adopt a policy of living in peace, because our example of kindness and cooperation can easily "infect" the person who is giving us a headache.

There is an answer

“Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known.” Jeremiah 33:3

No matter how difficult the person or situation is that we have to go through, it is in those moments when we must trust that there will always - sooner or later - be a solution, and the Bible teaches us that if we seek, we will find. If we seek God's counsel in these situations, we will definitely find it through prayer. That is why it is important to daily make time to meet with God the Father through the power of prayer. Remember that prayer is the best way to communicate with our beloved Father.

Seek God's wisdom

“But even the hairs of your head are all counted. Do not be afraid; you are of more value than many sparrows.” Luke 12:7

Only through the divine bond that allows us to have a closer relationship with the Lord is our heart able to dictate what we should do and provide us with the divine counsel of our Father. Let us remember that it is the advice from our Father, from our friend, from someone who loved us so much that He gave His life for us. The wisdom of God is found in everything that is around us.

Know when to walk away

“But he passed through the midst of them and went on his way.” Luke 4:30

No matter how good of a disposition we have, there are times when the person we face is just too insistent. In those cases it is important to remember that we do not need to be in that situation and risk answer to the aggressions in a manner we do not want to. Therefore, in such cases, we must go away and pray, asking God how to act at that particular moment.
