100% Immunity: 3 infallible ideas to be Happy

How can we always remain happy with love? While we know that this is not an easy task and that it requires considerable effort, we must also understand that with Christ's support, nothing is impossible.

Give them back love

“If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.” 1 Corinthians 13:2

The dizzying pace that our society has adopted, often makes us lose our patience more frequently, which eventually translates into a sudden bad mood whose escape valve is the people around us. In such cases, and in the face of people who exude a bad mood from every pore, the expected response is more aggression on our part, so that both parties can vent their frustration, even if only for a moment. But if our response is based on love, we will not only unsettle the person in front of us, but we will also come out of the situation with flying colors.

Help them

“Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word.” Ephesians 5:25-26

Reaching out to a neighbor who is enveloped in negativity means, in part, generating empathy and recognizing that it is not their fault that they are going through a bad time or reacting in that way and, at the same time, it also means showing them that there are other ways to deal with it, for example, leaning on others for help, recognizing that it is not necessary to resort to negative feelings to get rid of everything that seems unjust to us. In this way, we will not only have turned a toxic person into someone who can offer help to others, but we will also have contributed to adding someone else to Christ's army of love.

Talk to them about God

“Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen.” 1 John 4:20

It is always a good time to talk about God to those who are not fortunate enough to know Him, or to those who are unaware of the absolute power of the Holy Father and how following His path can result in a transforming life experience, whereby we begin to experience the benefits of our life being governed purely and exclusively by love. It is not necessary to go into detail about how God has changed our lives with His presence, but sometimes it is necessary to tell those people who are called "toxic", those people who tend to see the negative in everything they see; those who have aggression as their default response; those who are oblivious to the comprehensive language of Christ's love.
